Payment can be made by:
- Visa or Mastercard
- Online internet bank transfers
- Cheque
Delivery. We will despatch you order:
- on confirmation of credit card acceptance by the authorisation centre.
- when online transfer is complete.
- on receipt of your cheque in the mail.
- We use New Zealand Couriers, Fastway Couriers and PBT Couriers.
- We will try to keep you informed of any change in Courier charges
- Changes can occur due to seasonal fluctuations and fuel price adjustments.
- Please note that the couriers have an extra charge for rural delivery. If you wish to avoid this please provide us with an alternative town address and a phone number.
Our Advice
Unless you have a particular preference our dispatcher at Ludbrook House will choose the most economical courier for your order. We will also advise if the weight of your order falls just over the weights specified above to allow you to adjust your order if desired.Overseas Postings
